Wherever you are, however many hours you have to give, those living with motor neurone disease will feel the impact of your support.
Being a STRONG volunteer is about putting your time and skills into supporting a good cause and helping us to achieve our mission of a world free from MND. In doing so, you’ll also have opportunities to gain hands on experience and learn new skills.
The STRONG community is a dedicated team of volunteers whose skills and expertise support the MND Association on an ad-hoc basis. Activities range from bucket collections in local supermarkets to supporting national campaigns.
Whatever time you have to donate will make a difference to those living with MND, their families and carers. Everyone brings something different to the table; time and skills that you might not think are worth anything actually means a lot to us. Collectively, it’s worth a great deal. Whether you’re a people person who thrives on communication or someone who prefers to work behind the scenes, our volunteering community is here for you to make an impact, shine, and grow your future.
Our STRONG volunteering community is the backbone of the MND Association, proving that small donations of time go a long way. As a STRONG volunteer, you get to build on existing skills and learn more about an area of interest, all whilst contributing towards our vision – a world free from MND.
